Is ClubGG legit? A checklist, not a verdict

ClubGG is a real app, operated by NSUS Group Inc and, in ClubGG's words, created by the GGPoker Network. It's sold through the App Store and Google Play. Most risk comes from what happens around it: clubs, agents and fake “support” operating outside the app.

Who runs ClubGG

The footer of ClubGG's site says it is “operated by NSUS Group Inc.” The terms are a contract between you and NSUS Group Inc, with a legal address in North York, Ontario. The privacy policy says the company is “based in ON, Canada”. ClubGG's About Us page says the app was “created by the biggest poker network in the world, GGPoker Network”. ClubGG's own media guideline also stresses that “GGPoker and ClubGG are not the same service”. More in ClubGG vs GGPoker.

What the store ratings say (and don't)

2.7App Store, USAbout 1.07K ratings, checked 30 Oct 2026
3.3Google PlayAbout 2.67K reviews, checked 30 Oct 2026
2.3 / 2.2App Store, Taiwan / Hong Kong154 and 75 ratings

These are snapshots and they change. Low scores for a club poker app often reflect disputes about clubs, bad beats or account issues, not the software alone. Many reviews allege rigging or collusion, and none of that is verified. Some reviews describe “admins on telegram” taking real money, which is the off-app activity ClubGG's terms rule out. The stores don't agree on age either: Google Play rates the app Teen, but the App Store and ClubGG's terms say 18+.

Fair play: what exists and what's missing

  • RNG claim: certified by BMM Testlabs, according to ClubGG. No certificate is linked, so treat it as a claim.
  • Cheating rules: the terms forbid collusion, multiple accounts, bots, scripts, macros, “LAN play” and “team play”. Penalties include forfeiture, account termination and possible referral to law enforcement.
  • Account security: login two-factor authentication since August 2025, and GG Pass universal authentication since February 2026. Set it up with the account guide.
  • Screen Guard (PC): added in October 2026. It blocks screenshots and screen recording of tables.
  • Admin visibility: union tools show login activity, devices and operating history, and hosts can set game restrictions. See unions.

No published independent audit of fairness. We found no third-party report on game integrity or bot detection at ClubGG. In a private club, the people who approve members and watch the tables are the club's own admins. Before you join, ask the host how they handle suspected collusion.

Scams to recognise

ScamHow it looksWhat to do
Fake agents“Send $100 in USDT and I'll load your chips”, or “pay a fee to release your cash-out”.Don't pay. ClubGG has no deposits or withdrawals. See is ClubGG real money?
“Hack”, “bot” or “see cards” toolsSales pages and channels promising a ClubGG bot or hole-card reader.Avoid them. Bots break the terms and get accounts banned, and the downloads themselves can be malware.
Modded APKs and “launchers”Unofficial APKs, or third-party launchers that run several copies of the app.Install only from the App Store, Google Play or ClubGG's site. The terms ban access “by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us”.
Fake supportMessages from “ClubGG support” asking for your password or 2FA code, or old addresses such as support@clubgg.net.The current support address is support@clubgg.com, and the help center is help.clubgg.com. Never share your 2FA code with anyone.
Fake official channelsLook-alike Telegram, X or Facebook accounts.Reach the official accounts only through the links in the footer of ClubGG's site.

If you've already sent money or shared your login

  1. Stop paying. Don't send a “fee” to release a cash-out. ClubGG has no cash-outs to release.
  2. Secure your account. Change your GG Pass password and turn on 2FA, especially if you shared a code or your password.
  3. Keep the evidence. Save screenshots of chats, payment receipts, usernames and the Club ID.
  4. Contact your bank or payment provider about the payment you made.
  5. Tell ClubGG support at support@clubgg.com, giving the Club ID. ClubGG can remove clubs that promote real-money play.
  6. Report fraud to the police where you live.

The balance sheet

In its favour

  • A named operator with a Canadian legal address; created by the GGPoker Network, per ClubGG
  • Listed in the official App Store and Google Play
  • Clear free-play terms: no deposits, chips have no value
  • 2FA, Screen Guard on PC and admin oversight tools
  • Written rules against collusion, bots and multiple accounts

Against it

  • RNG certificate claimed but not published
  • Low store ratings (2.7 on the US App Store, 3.3 on Google Play, checked 30 Oct 2026)
  • Off-app real-money clubs exist and ClubGG can't protect you there
  • Fair play in each club depends on its admins
  • Terms written mainly for the US. Not in the UK, Dutch or Chinese App Store

Bottom line: the app is genuine, and as a play-money home-game tool it does what it says. How safe your experience is depends on the club you join and on never sending money outside the app. Check where ClubGG is legal before you install.

Questions people ask

Is ClubGG rigged?
We can't verify that either way. ClubGG says its RNG is certified by BMM Testlabs but links no certificate or date. App Store reviews allege rigging and collusion, and those claims are unverified. Integrity in each club also depends on who runs it.
Who owns ClubGG?
The site footer says ClubGG is operated by NSUS Group Inc, with a legal address in North York, Ontario, Canada. In the app stores the developer is NSUS Ltd. ClubGG says it was created by the GGPoker Network.
What is ClubGG's real support email?
ClubGG's About Us page lists support@clubgg.com, plus a help center at help.clubgg.com. The old clubgg.net domain no longer resolves, so support@clubgg.net is outdated.
Is there an official ClubGG APK?
ClubGG lists APK as a platform, but we found no official APK download link. Install from Google Play or ClubGG's own site. A “modded” or “unlocked” APK from anywhere else is a red flag. See the Android guide.
Can I get my money back from a club agent?
Not through ClubGG. The app takes no deposits, so any money you sent went outside it. Keep evidence, tell ClubGG support the Club ID, and contact your bank, card issuer or the police if a crime was involved.
