Contacting ClubGG
ClubGG's About Us page gives two email addresses: support@clubgg.com for general support and business@clubgg.com for business and partner enquiries. ClubGG also runs a help center at help.clubgg.com and an official Telegram channel (t.me/ClubGGOfficialTelegram, linked from the footer of clubgg.com). Type those addresses yourself rather than following links sent to you in chats.
What to put in a support email
- The email address of your GG Pass account (never your password or a 2FA code)
- Your in-app user ID (UID) — the November 2025 app update added a UID copy option
- The Club ID and table or tournament name, if the problem happened in a club
- Your device, operating system and app version
- The date, time and time zone, plus screenshots of any error message
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also covered by Apple's and Google's own rules, as ClubGG's membership FAQ notes. Keep your store receipt when you write in.
Deleting your account? The App Store description points to an account deletion page on client.clubgg.com. The account guide explains what to check first, such as cancelling an auto-renewing membership.
Two warnings before you write to anyone
support@clubgg.net is outdated. Some older reviews still print it, but the clubgg.net domain no longer resolved when we checked on 30 October 2026. Use support@clubgg.com.
ClubGG does not sell chips. Its terms say “free play only” and rule out deposits, and club chips have no monetary value. Anyone who claims to be ClubGG staff and asks you to pay for chips, “unlock” winnings or settle a balance — by bank transfer, crypto, gift card or payment app — is not acting for ClubGG. Stop, keep the messages and report the account to ClubGG. More on this in is ClubGG legit? and play money vs real money.
Contacting clubgg.poker
Our address is support@clubgg.poker. It reaches the editors of this independent handbook — not ClubGG, and not any club. Useful messages include:
- a fact that has changed, ideally with the official page that shows it;
- a broken link, a layout problem or a tool that gives odd results;
- a translation that reads wrongly or doesn't match the English page.
We can't look up accounts, recommend clubs, arrange chips or pass messages to ClubGG, so such emails will only get a pointer back to ClubGG support. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy, and how corrections are checked is on the about page.
