Your ClubGG account, from sign-up to deletion

A ClubGG account is a GG Pass account: if you already play GGPoker, sign in with that login; if not, sign up with an email, a verification code and a password. Since 21 October 2026 the account menu is called “My GGPass”.

Sign-up steps

ClubGG doesn't publish a step-by-step guide we could read; this is the flow as third-party guides describe it.

  1. Open the app and tap Sign Up Now.
  2. Choose your country.
  3. Enter your email and type in the verification code sent to it.
  4. Set a password you don't use anywhere else.
  5. Pick a nickname and avatar when asked at first login.

Before you start, check you're 18+ (or your local legal age, if higher) and not in a prohibited jurisdiction — see where ClubGG is available. Once you're in, find a Club ID to join your first club.

Lock it down: 2FA

ClubGG added login two-factor authentication in August 2025, and “GGPass Universal Authentication” in February 2026; the release notes don't describe the latter in detail.

  • Turn on two-factor login as soon as the app offers it.
  • Never give a login code or password to a club host, agent or “support” contact in a chat group. Official support is support@clubgg.com. More warning signs are in is ClubGG legit?
  • If you installed ClubGG from anywhere other than an official store or clubgg.com, change your password after reinstalling.

Nickname, avatar and country flag

Nickname and avatar: ClubGG's rules forbid usernames, display names and avatars that infringe someone else's rights. Length limits, allowed characters and whether you can change the name later aren't published.

Country flag: since the 21 October 2026 update you can change the flag next to your avatar. The options are based on your nationality, residence or login IP.

ID verification: when you need it

  • To claim prizes you must verify with a driver's licence, passport or national ID. The terms name the path My Account → Verify ID; the October update renamed My Account to My GGPass, so look there.
  • ClubGG may ask at any time for proof of age, identity and residence.
  • Third-party guides say plain club play doesn't need ID.

Send ID only through the app. A club host or agent asking for a copy of your passport is not ClubGG.

Login troubleshooting

Deleting your account

  1. Cancel subscriptions first. WSOP+ bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed there, and ClubGG's terms say Premium is not refundable.
  2. Open ClubGG's account-deletion page, linked in the App Store description and in our sources below, and follow the steps.

Uninstalling the app alone doesn't close the account.

Questions people ask

Can I log in to ClubGG with my GGPoker account?
Yes. ClubGG and GGPoker share GG Pass, so the same login works. The two are still separate services.
Can I sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook?
Third-party guides say GG Pass offers these, but we found no official ClubGG page confirming it. If the buttons aren't on your sign-up screen, use email.
Do I need to verify my ID to play?
ClubGG requires ID — a driver's licence, passport or national ID — to claim prizes, and can ask for proof of age, identity or residence at any time. Third-party guides say plain club play doesn't need it.
How do I delete my ClubGG account?
ClubGG's App Store description links an account-deletion page; it's in the sources below. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription first.
