Download and install: the safe route
- Open clubgg.com in your PC's browser and go to the Download page (linked in the sources at the bottom of this page). Don't rely on the “Download” button elsewhere on the site: it's a smart link that sends desktop browsers back to the homepage.
- Choose the Windows option on the download page and save the file.
- Check where it came from before running it. If the file came from a download portal, a “ClubGG for PC” site or a club's chat group, delete it and start again from step 1.
- Run the installer. If Windows asks whether to let the app make changes, confirm only for the file you just downloaded from clubgg.com.
- Sign in with GG Pass — the same login as on your phone — and turn on two-factor login. Help is in the account guide.
- Open a club you've joined, or tap “Search Club” and enter a new Club ID.
What's known — and not — about the Windows client
ClubGG's download page builds itself in the browser, so we could not read a version number, file size or requirements from it. Rather than copy numbers from unofficial sites, here is the honest status of each question.
| Question | Status |
|---|---|
| Is Windows officially supported? | Yes — “available on AOS, iOS, APK and Windows” (About Us) |
| Where to download | The official download page on clubgg.com |
| Installer version and size | Not published in a form we could read |
| Minimum system requirements | Not published |
| Windows 11 support | No official statement found either way |
| Windows on ARM laptops | No official statement found |
| Tables at once | Up to 6 (WSOP+ Basic) or 12 (WSOP+ Premium); without membership not stated |
| Screen Guard | Yes, since the 21 October 2026 update |
| PokerCraft and Smart HUD | Listed as WSOP+ membership features |
Windows 11 questions
- Does ClubGG run on Windows 11?
- ClubGG hasn't published OS requirements, and we found no Windows 11 statement — neither a promise nor a warning. If the official installer fails on your PC, report it to ClubGG support at support@clubgg.com with your Windows version; don't hunt for a “fixed” installer elsewhere.
- Should I use an Android emulator?
- There's no need: the native Windows client exists. ClubGG's terms only allow access “through the interface that is provided by us”, and third-party reviews say clubs can restrict play by device, IP and GPS — an emulator gives a club one more reason to say no.
- Can I run two copies of ClubGG at once?
- Multi-tabling — several tables in one client, on one account — is a built-in feature. Running several client instances side by side relies on third-party tools (see the launcher section below), and a second account breaks the one-account-per-person rule.
Multi-tabling on PC
The desktop client is where multi-tabling makes sense. On a phone the app description promises 4 games at once. On PC/Mac, ClubGG's membership page lists:
ClubGG doesn't state the desktop limit for players without a membership, so check in the client before paying. WSOP+ also adds PokerCraft, Smart HUD, Rabbit Hunt, Splash and Card Squeeze — what each does is in table features, and whether it's worth it is in our WSOP+ guide.
Screen Guard: why your table screenshots come out blank
The 21 October 2026 update added Screen Guard on PC, which blocks screenshots and screen recording of tables. If your capture tool, streaming software or the Windows snipping tool shows a blank or black table, that's the feature working, not a bug — reinstalling won't change it. The update notes don't say whether players or clubs can switch it off.
The “ClubGG Desktop Launcher” is not ClubGG
Search for “ClubGG launcher” and you'll find a desktop launcher that runs several ClubGG instances at once without an emulator. It is a third-party tool, bundled with HUD and hand-converter software from another vendor — not something ClubGG makes or endorses.
ClubGG's terms forbid accessing the service “by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us”, and ban bots, scripts and macros. Breaking them can mean forfeited prizes and a closed account. This handbook doesn't link to or recommend the launcher, HUD add-ons or any “ClubGG PC” repack.
Moving from your phone to the PC
- Same login: sign in with the GG Pass account you already use on your phone. A second account for the PC breaks the one-account-per-person rule.
- Keep your 2FA device handy: if two-factor login is on, have your code source ready before you sign in on the new machine.
- Same table rules: chat in English during play, no bots, scripts or macros — the terms apply on every platform.
- More tables, not more accounts: the PC's advantage is multi-tabling inside one client.
Windows troubleshooting
| If you see… | …try this |
|---|---|
| The “Download” button just reloads clubgg.com | That's the smart link's desktop behaviour. Open the Download page and pick Windows there. |
| Your browser warns the file isn't commonly downloaded | Continue only if it came from clubgg.com. Anything from another site: delete it. |
| Your antivirus quarantines the installer | Don't switch protection off. Re-download from the official page; if it happens again, contact support@clubgg.com. |
| Screenshots or recordings of tables are black | Screen Guard (see above). |
| You can't open another table | You may have reached your plan's limit: 6 on Basic, 12 on Premium. |
| Login fails or asks for a code you didn't get | See the account guide for GG Pass and two-factor login. |
| Access restricted after login | ClubGG filters ineligible locations. Don't use a VPN; check where ClubGG is available. |
