What happens when you open a page
Our web host
The pages are plain files served by our hosting provider. Like almost every web server, it writes a log line for each request, which typically includes your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are kept by the host for a limited period for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We may look at them to fix errors or block abusive traffic; we don't use them to profile visitors or combine them with other data.
Google Fonts
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To fetch them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and the standard information your browser sends with any request, such as the user-agent and the page that asked for the font. Google's own privacy policy covers that processing. If you block these requests, the site still works with your device's default fonts.
Scripts on our pages
Our own JavaScript is small and stays in your browser. It closes the language menu when you click elsewhere and keeps placeholder buttons from navigating. The host tools — such as the blind structure planner and the ICM calculator — do all their calculations on your device. What you type into them is not sent anywhere and is not saved; it disappears when you leave the page.
Language menu
Switching language just opens a different page address. Nothing is stored to remember your choice.
Partner links
Buttons such as “Get ClubGG” are partner links, labelled as such. The link itself contains no information about you, though your browser may tell the next site which page you came from, as browsers normally do. Once you arrive on a partner's site, or later on ClubGG's, they may set their own cookies and process your data under their own privacy policies — for example, to record that a referral came from this site. We don't control that processing; please read their policies before you sign up.
Anything you do inside the ClubGG app — your GG Pass account, ID verification, purchases, club activity — is handled by ClubGG under its own privacy policy. We have no access to it.
If you email us
If you write to support@clubgg.poker, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, and our email provider processes them to deliver and store the mail. We use them only to read and answer your message, for example to fix a mistake you reported. We keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful for that and then delete it. Please don't send passwords, ID documents or payment details — we never need them. The contact page explains which questions we can help with.
Children
This site is for adults (18+), like ClubGG itself. We don't knowingly collect data from children; as we hold almost no data at all, the only thing that could apply is an email, which we would delete on request.
Your choices and rights
- You can block Google Fonts or use a content blocker; the site still works.
- You can ask us at support@clubgg.poker what correspondence we hold from you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Changes
If the site starts using any new service that handles visitor data, this page will be updated first. The “Checked” date at the top shows the current version. Related: the terms of use.
