Who runs a union
- Union Master — the Club Master of the Master Club. The role isn't transferable. Only the Union Master can disband the union or set Union Manager permissions.
- Union Managers — the Managers of the Master Club, working within the permissions the Union Master gives them.
- Member clubs keep their own Club Master, Managers and agents; the club roles guide covers that layer.
Requesting a union is a Club Master power: ClubGG's roles post says Managers get every Master permission except requesting union creation and disbanding the club.
Before your club joins: a checklist
- Write down what the reset will erase. Your club's gameplay data and reports start over. Note leaderboards, chip balances you track by hand and anything else you'd want to compare later.
- Read the union's rules. ClubGG's union page lists “Tournament and BBJ inclusion” and daily or weekly win/loss limits among the union's tools, so ask how they're set.
- Check who the Union Master is. The role can't move to someone else, so the union lives or dies with that club.
- Tell your members. They'll see a Union Flag on the club, and its old reports will be gone.
- Remember it's one union only. Joining this union rules out every other one for as long as you're in it.
Union Back Office (UBO)
The UBO is the control panel for running a union. ClubGG's union page lists:
What the UBO costs
| Plan | Affiliated clubs | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| UBO Plan 5 | Up to 50 | $5,000 per month |
| UBO Plan 10 | 250+ | Not listed on the public page |
| Other plans | Scale with club count | Not listed on the public page |
At the top of Plan 5's range that works out to $100 per club per month. Ask ClubGG's business team for the full price list before committing; the Diamonds guide covers the separate in-app purchases.
October 2026: new UBO login and NPay
ClubGG's 21 October 2026 update notes made two changes union owners need to act on:
- New login. The new UBO lives at
union.clubgg.com/login, replacing the legacyunion2.clubgg.com. Update bookmarks for every Union Manager. - NPay only. Xsolla payments for the UBO ended on 21 October 2026; NPay is now the only supported payment method. Memberships, Club Levels and Diamonds are not affected, and the notes promise refunds to Xsolla UBO subscribers.
Union ads and “rakeback”
Search “ClubGG union” and you'll find affiliate pages ranking unions by rakeback (20–75%) and crypto cash-out speed. That's real-money activity run outside ClubGG. ClubGG is free play only, and its Media Guideline bans clubs and unions from promoting real-money gambling or payment methods; it also asks them not to use the ClubGG or GGPoker names in a union's name. We don't list, rank or link unions. More in play money vs real money.
