ClubGG Diamonds, chips and credits: what each one is

Diamonds are ClubGG's paid in-app currency, sold from $0.99 for 100 up to $99.99 for 10,000. You don't need them to play: club chips come free from your club's Counter, and ClubGG has no currency called Gold.

What Diamonds buy

ClubGG's current pages don't say. The only description comes from an old official help article on a domain that no longer works, known from a search snippet, so treat it as low confidence:

  • Raising club member capacity above the free 100 members.
  • Exporting club data. A third-party guide reports one weekly club data report at 560 Diamonds — about $5.60 at the rates above.

The same old article said Diamonds aren't needed to buy chips or open tables. Since then ClubGG has sold Club Levels separately (Club Level 1A at $19.99 on the App Store), so capacity may now work differently. The hosting guide sets out the conflicting club-level figures.

Club chips

Each club has its own chips. They “have no monetary value”, work only inside that club, and club administration can issue them without limit through the Counter. If the club is disbanded, they're deleted.

Credits

Credits sit with Agents and Super Agents, who grant chips to their own players from them and ask the next level up for more. They're in-app only. Club roles has the full chain.

Tickets and Live Dollar

WSOP+ membership tournaments award tickets stage by stage; ClubGG's how-to page says the top stage wins Live Dollar, redeemable for live event registration or as GGPoker Live Dollar for GGPoker account holders where GGPoker is available. See WSOP+ membership.

Casino Chips

Sold as an in-app purchase; what they're used for isn't documented. A third-party review lists “Social Casino” as an older membership perk, which suggests the answer, but ClubGG hasn't confirmed it.

“Gold”, free chips and coupon codes

  • Gold isn't a ClubGG currency. It's a ClubWPT Gold term; guides that mention “ClubGG Gold” are mixing up apps.
  • Free chips come from your club. Ask the host or a Manager; requests go through the Counter.
  • Coupon or bonus codes for ClubGG weren't found, and a poker review site says none is needed.

Anyone offering to sell you club chips, Diamonds at a discount or “cash-out” for chips is operating outside ClubGG. ClubGG's terms say it accepts no deposits and allows no real-money wagering, so nothing protects you if the deal goes wrong. Details in play money vs real money.

Before you buy

  1. Check you need it. Players almost never do; it's club owners who might.
  2. Buy in the app. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund rules.
  3. Don't confuse it with membership. WSOP+ is a separate subscription at $9.99 or $49.99 a month.
  4. Ignore the NPay news if you're not a union. The October 2026 switch to NPay covers Union Back Office payments only; Diamonds, Club Levels and memberships are unaffected.
