ClubGG club roles and permissions

A ClubGG club has five ranks — Club Master, Manager, Super Agent, Agent and Player — and each member holds exactly one at a time. Chips flow down that chain: from the Counter, through agents' credits, to players.

The chain of command

1Club MasterCreated the club. Top role; the only one who can disband it or request a union.
2ManagerYour co-host. Starts with all Master powers except those two.
3–4Super Agent → AgentHold credits and pass chips down to the members under them.

Below them sits the Player: joins, requests chips at the Counter and plays. ClubGG's roles post adds one structural rule that shapes everything else: a member holds one role at a time.

The August 2026 release added an Agent Win/Loss Limit and Rake Allocation. ClubGG hasn't published who sets them or how, so they aren't in the matrix.

Every movement of either shows up in the Counter's Trade Record, which makes it the first place to look when someone says chips went missing.

Which role should you give?

If the person will…Give them
Approve members and build tables while you're offlineManager (then restrict what they don't need)
Bring in their own group and top up those players' chipsAgent
Look after several agents' groupsSuper Agent
Just playPlayer — the default

Start narrow. A Manager begins with almost all your power. For a friend who only approves applications, restrict the rest straight away; widening permissions later is painless, undoing a mistaken mass chip grant isn't.

Changing someone's role

  1. Check the Trade Record so you know the agent's current credits and recent grants.
  2. Clear the downline. ClubGG says the members under an agent must be cleared before that agent's role can change. The post doesn't spell out the taps, so move or remove those members first.
  3. Change the role. Remember the one-role rule: promoting an Agent to Manager ends their agent role.
  4. Re-check the Trade Record afterwards and tell the affected players what changed.

“Agent” here is not a chip seller

On ClubGG an Agent is a rank inside one club, nothing more. ClubGG has no deposits, doesn't sell club chips, and doesn't appoint official sellers. Affiliate sites describe “agents” who take crypto or payment-app transfers for chips — that happens outside ClubGG, breaks its terms and Media Guideline, and leaves you with no protection. If an agent asks you for money, leave the club. Background: play money vs real money and is ClubGG legit?

Union roles and community slang

When clubs form a union, the Union Master is the Club Master of the Master Club, and that role is not transferable. Union Managers are the Master Club's Managers. Only the Union Master can disband the union or set Union Manager permissions — details in the union guide.

You'll also hear “Club Runner”, “Union Runner” and “Game Runner”. ClubGG's blog calls these community slang, not roles in the app. Every official term is in the glossary.

Questions people ask

Is a ClubGG agent an official ClubGG representative?
No. “Agent” is a rank inside one club, given by that club's Master or Manager. ClubGG doesn't sell chips through agents, and an agent's credits only let them pass free club chips to their own downline.
Can one member be both a Manager and an Agent?
No. ClubGG's roles post says a member holds one role at a time. Pick the role that matches the job, or ask two people.
Can a Manager disband the club?
No. Managers start with the Master's permissions except two: requesting union creation and disbanding the club. The Master can restrict Managers further.
Why can't I change an agent's role?
ClubGG says an agent's downline must be cleared before the role changes. Move or remove the members under that agent first, then change the role.
Can the Club Master role be handed over?
ClubGG's posts don't describe transferring a Club Master. They do say the Union Master role is not transferable, so plan ownership before you build a union around a club.
